An employee who is well known for rigorously following processes, has reportedly been stuck in an endless loop for 4 days.

The crisis occurred upon visiting the toilet; the employee found that the male toilets symbol was missing the head.

The worker, who seems to have lost all power of common sense thanks to his employer’s endless drive for operational excellence at the expense of creative thinking, was completely stuck.

The man was found endlessly repeating the words: “the rule says no heads; but I have a head. I am not trained for this scenario.  What should I do next?”.

Nobody is quite sure what to do about the ongoing deadlock.  Than man’s manager suggested that he would talk to him at his annual appraisal, which is in 6 months.
